Allen Rydberg, D.C.

I am a 1994 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic. After graduation I became licensed to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, Iinitially practiced for a short time in Lady Smith Wisconsin, and then returned to Minnesota where I associated at Robert Street Chiropractic prior to buying the practice in 1997. In 2020 I renamed the practice to Restore-U Chiropractic and moved the practice to a new building on Thompson Avenue.

Over my many years in clinical practice I have strived to improve my knowledge of the human body and chiropractic technique through ongoing education and specialised training in such areas as nutritional analysis, gait analysis, spinal restoration, rehabilitation, postural restoration, spinal decompression therapy and muscle testing.

My philosophy is to meet every challenge head-on, find the best way to meet it and beat it. Never stop educating my mind, caring for my body, and feeding my soul.

Dan Bilderback, D.C.

Dr. Dan Bilderback Chiropractor West St. Paul MN 55118I grew up in Amery Wisconsin and chose to become a chiropractor because I have a passion for helping people to live healthier life styles and to assist them in recovering from injuries or other debilitating situations that life may bring.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota and graduated with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology which focuses on the biomechanics, motion, and health of the human body. I obtained my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2019. While there I completed an internship focusing in pediatrics and became certified in Grasston Technique, a specialized soft tissue technique that focuses on specialized treatment of soft tissue injuries utilizing stainless steel instruments of varying shapes and surfaces to fit the varying contours of the body. The specialized instruments allow Graston practitioners to break up adhesions between the muscle and its surrounding fascia to allow for better motion, improved blood flow, reduced muscle tightness. If you have any questions about this technique, please feel to call and talk directly with Dr. Dan or check out this website. https://grastontechnique.com/Patients/

I am trained in manual adjusting of spinal and extremity joints with patients in either standing, seated or laying down utilizing varying adjusting techniques including diversified, gonstead, activator and craniosacral, and flexion distraction therapy.

Dr, Rydberg and Dr. Bilderback utilize primarily hands on adjusting techniques and expertly evaluate and adjust both spinal and extremity joints utilizing low force, controlled adjusting techniques. We incorporate manual massage techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and myofascial therapy into each treatment to restore normal muscle tone and function. The following is a list of the main techniques we regularly utilize:

  • Diversified technique
  • Gonstead technique
  • Applied Kineasology
  • Cox Flexion-Distraction
  • Cranio-Sacral
  • Activator

A Message from the Dr. Rydberg:

I have been delivering high quality, affordable Chiropractic care in West St. Paul since 1995. I believe that my responsibility as your chiropractor is to listen to you, perform a competent evaluation and determine if chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition. If i accept you as a patient i will advise you as to what needs to be corrected, how long this correction will likely take, and what your financial responsibility will be. I will work closely with you to determine the causation of your health problems, find ways for you to eliminate this irritation and prevent the development of future health issues. I will provide information about chiropractic and how chiropractic can help you and your family acheive and maintain the optimal health you desire.

I believe the body is about balance and that in order to achieve optimal health your body should be treated as an entire unit during treatment and not as individual parts. To acheive this you will be cared for using a combination of soft tissue techniques such as massage or trigger point therapy, to target the connective tissues. Manual adjusting of your spine and extremities to reduce subluxations, improve motion and remove nerve interference.

You will receive a personalized treatment program with the goal of returning you to an optimal level of health and back to a normal lifestyle as quickly as possible. I do not run a practice that will have you returning for months to treat simple health issues. You will not be pressured to return for care if you do not want to. You will not receive harassing phone calls from my office staff. I do not babysit my patients. If a patient is truly committed to reaching optimal health they will follow their treatment plan by making their appointments, and adhering to any recommendations or restrictions.

I am always available for consults and will gladly take your phone call or respond to emails. If you are new to chiropractic or are looking for a new chiropractor to work with I am always accepting new patients.

Please do not hesitate to call my office and talk directly to me.

Yours in Health
Dr. Allen Rydberg, D.C.
